Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING + LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

Your order will be shipped or ready for local pick-up in Panama City, FL within 1-3 business days. You will receive an automatic email notification stating your order has shipped or is ready for pick-up. Please make sure to submit an updated & current e-mail. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Business day.

Domestic shipping only.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 10 days of order's original ship date OR 10 days from when your order pick-up e-mail was SENT. Items must be unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange for store credit ONLY. Tags MUST be attached to your item in order to return. We cannot accept returns past our 10 day return timeframe. Your store credit will be available in e-gift card form and will be available 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. The e-gift card will expire two (2) years after the original issue date.

Damaged or Defective items upon receipt: 

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo. 

Cancellations: 

Please note that our orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed, or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times. 

Exchanges: 

We do allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or color on one occasion for each customer order(if inventory permits). Exchange requests must be processed within the same 10-day time window.
